Village Haruans
There's a village in Marikina city ( Mikko's place)that has some water filled lots. Although surrounded by houses and walls, the waters are loaded with haruan . They seem to appear everywhere... I had a little more than an hour to get there and fish before having to run to Makati to pick up the wife. My fave SPRO frog took honors again...
6 strikes, four landed. Not a bad way to spend an hour...

Nice Bong! My first time in Mikko's pond was excellent! Sure hope we can go to John's "untouched" abandoned ponds. He said the ponds never saw a lure, net, or any angler for over 3 years! 19 landed, 20 lost, and countless strikes! All on spinners. Note, it was his first time to fish for haruan. >>)))'>
